  4. Poor treatment by a staff member when alerted to the fact that 12 beading tiles were delivered, rather than 12 lineal metres of the beading tile (apparently, an incorrect quantity is overridden by a customer who confirms a sales order by its due payment).

  Love this shop! I have shopped at Elite many times over the years while renovating. I have received quotes, made orders & received goods many times and it is always a pleasure. All quotes/purchases are followed up with a emailing confirmation in writing and at times I have changed my mind and not gone ahead with no problems at all. At all times I have received exceptional service from all the staff especially Denise who is friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. The products at Elite are sublime, of the highest quality and can not be purchased elsewhere. I have also found the owners Mark and Michelle to be absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend shopping at Elite to anyone that loves beautiful pieces and wants fantastic service.

  I question the arrogance of the owner who reviewed our complaint by suggesting that we need to be more diligent in checking orders......what a way to treat a customer in such a competitive marketplace!
